EpiMonitor Subscription Plans

In order for EpiMonitor to function, an active subscription plan is necessary. EpiMonitor offers 3 different plans (Basic, Standard, Plus) at different price points to cover your and your caregivers' needs. You can also opt for an annual subscription plan for a discount on the monthly price.

If you buy the EpiMonitor pack (EmbracePlus device and subscription plan), you’ll first be charged for the device and shipping costs, if applicable. The cost of the subscription plan will only be charged once the subscription is activated.
Upon receipt of your EpiMonitor order, you have 10 days to pair, which will activate your subscription. If you don’t pair within that period, your subscription will activate automatically.

EpiMonitor users in the UK may choose between the Standard and Plus plans with 6-month or annual renewal options.

Warranty	For US customers, buying a yearly plan gives you an additional year of warranty coverage. You can select and add your chosen plan to your cart when you purchase EpiMonitor from our Online Store. The 2-year warranty is applicable for US residents when the annual subscription plan is purchased as part of the EpiMonitor pack, which includes EmbracePlus hardware and subscription plan.

Without an active subscription plan, EpiMonitor’s detection and alerting system will be disabled, and the watch will not be able to notify caregivers of any seizure events that may occur.

Note that subscription plans are non-refundable. However, if you are returning your EpiMonitor within the 30-day money-back period, you will be able to receive a full refund on the subscription.
