EpiMonitor’s “My Diary” provides insights into your data with an intuitive design for tracking seizure events, sleep patterns, and physical activity. It offers a daily overview along with weekly, monthly, and yearly trends[1], and includes the option to request detailed seizure reports[1].
You can access My Diary by tapping on it from EpiMonitor main screen. |
After selecting My Diary, you’ll access your daily summary. |
This summary provides a quick overview of your day with information about:
- Seizures to confirm (if any)
- Confirmed Seizure events
- Hours of Sleep for the previous night
- Hours of mild and intense activity.
- From the daily summary, you can also access your diaries and trends[1] and request your Seizure Report.
Background
The background color of this screen changes based on data collected by EmbracePlus throughout the day, starting fresh at midnight. Here’s what each background color represents:

Daily data

Plus Plan Only
Plus plan users can also request their seizure report from this screen. Simply tap My Report, select the timeframe, and choose Send report via email. A download link will be sent to the email linked to your EpiMonitor account. |
