Sleep time, turns & tosses, and interruptions Sleep time (light blue): The period when you are sleeping, including the time you spend still in bed before fully falling asleep. Turns & tosses (dark blue): Movements during sleep, such as changing positions or brief awakenings. Interruptions: Periods when your sleep is interrupted, displayed as gaps in the sleep visualisation representing times you were awake. This visualization focuses on nighttime sleep, tracking rest periods from 6 p.m. to noon the following day. Shorter rests under two hours and daytime naps are not shown unless they overlap with this timeframe. |
Effective vs. total sleep time Effective sleep measures uninterrupted periods without significant turns, tosses, or interruptions. Higher effective sleep time reflects more restorative rest. |
Sleep time comparison Here, you can see the time you went to bed and woke up for the selected day, compared to the average over the past 7 days. Regular sleep patterns support your body's natural rhythms. Maintaining consistent sleep and wake times can improve both sleep quality and seizure management. |
Sleep fragmentation and efficiency Sleep fragmentation: Reflects how much your sleep was disturbed by movements or restlessness, shown as a percentage. Lower fragmentation generally indicates a more restful night and can help you plan for the day ahead. Sleep efficiency: Measures the quality of your sleep, with higher efficiency indicating less disrupted sleep. |
