Send manual alerts with EmbracePlus

PLUS SUBSCRIPTION PLAN ONLY

If you need to immediately alert your Caregivers that you are in need of help, EmbracePlus allows you to manually trigger an alert.

If you would like to change your subscription to the Plus subscription plan, please contact us at support@empatica.com

To do so, you can follow these simple steps:



1. Press one of the buttons on the right side of EmbracePlus and the battery percentage will appear	2. Press one of the buttons again and you see the EpiMonitor logo appears with a question mark	3. Long press one of the buttons for three seconds. The alerting behaviour will be initiated.
