As a research study participant, you will be given unique log-in credentials for the Mate App at the research site. Please note that when the app is not used for 30 days, you will be automatically logged out. You’ll receive a pop-up notification from the app, asking you to log in again.
To avoid this, please make sure that you connect your Embrace watch to the app, and that you have internet connection to keep uploading data.
