If you cannot see the white and blue dots when tapping on the Embrace watch face, make sure that the Embrace is charged, connected to the paired Mate App, and that the Lights and Vibration have not been disabled.
Make sure that you are wearing Embrace when checking the time. If you tap on Embrace when it’s off the wrist the LEDs might not light up.
If the Lights & Vibration are on and you still can't see the LEDs, please contact the research site staff.
