If you are a Study Participant, contact your Administrator directly as information in the Support Center is intended for qualified researchers and healthcare professionals. Misapplying the information below may affect your data collection.

“No internet connection” status

If you are connected to the internet, but you still see the no internet connection notification, you should enable and disable Airplane mode.

If using cellular data, check to see that you have an active connection. If you’re using WiFi, try to disconnect and reconnect your phone from the WiFi network.

Without a working internet connection, alerts to Caregivers cannot be sent.
