“Embrace not found” status

If your Embrace is charged and close to the paired smartphone but the error message Embrace not found is displayed in the Alert App, please follow these steps:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your paired smartphone and turn it back on.
  2. Force close the app (iOS, Android) and open it again.


If the issue persists, please unpair your Embrace from the Alert App and pair it again:

  1. Open the Alert App>More>Embrace Settings>Remove Embrace and log out.
  2. Log back into the Alert App and follow the pairing process.

Make sure that Embrace is charged and close to the smartphone when pairing.
