You can change your shipping address in your Empatica Account. However, it cannot be changed after your order has been prepared for shipment. For these situations, we recommend that you cancel the order, and purchase again with the correct address.
Please follow these steps to change the address:
- Go to the Empatica Account login page and sign in with your email address and password.
- Go to the Orders section.
- Click on “Change my shipping info”.
- Complete the form with the new address.
- Click on “Update my shipping address”, and that's it!
