How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order that is “Not Scheduled”, fill in our contact form or email support@empatica.com and we’ll help you out! Upon cancellation, a full refund will be processed for the order.

Unfortunately, once the order moves from “Not Scheduled” to “In Preparation” or “In Transit” stage of shipment, we are unable to process the cancellation.

To check your shipping status, simply check the Orders section of your Empatica Account.
