After you have placed the order, you can change the shipping address in your Empatica Account.
However, please note that you can only edit the address if the status is “Not Scheduled”. If you realized you have put the wrong address for your order and that you are no longer able to modify the address, please reach out to us as soon as possible at email@example.com to cancel the order.
After that, you can purchase Embrace again on our Online Store with the correct address.
To change the shipping address, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Empatica Account.
Go to Account >> Orders
Click on Change my shipping info.
- Complete the form with the new address.
- Click on Update my shipping address, and that's it!
