This feature is available as part of the Standard and Plus subscription plans. It provides your Caregivers with an SMS that contains your GPS location to speed up first-response time.
If a more accurate location is detected, the Alert App will send a follow-up SMS to your Caregivers, with the updated GPS location.
You will need to enable location services on your smartphone to use the Alert Location feature. Follow the steps below to enable it on your phone:
On iOS devices:
You can enable or disable location services by going to Settings >> Privacy >> Location Services on your iOS device.
On Android devices:
You can enable location services on your Android device by going to Settings >> Personal >> Location.
