Light & Vibration

To turn off the lights and vibration of your Embrace, go to the Embrace tab of the Alert App, and simply tap on the toggle next to it. If the toggle is no longer green, that means the feature has been turned off.

This setting can be used to deactivate lights and vibration on the Embrace, and can be useful during the night to not disturb your sleep. When Light & Vibration is off, caregivers will still be alerted when a possible convulsive seizure is detected. However, if Embrace disconnects from the Alert App, the red LED “X” and vibration will not be triggered to let you know about the disconnection.

If Light & Vibration is off, it won’t be possible to request the time. In addition, if the Embrace memory fills up or it has a low battery, the respective LED lights will not show up to notify you.

Once Embrace is connected to the charger, the Light & Vibration setting will automatically turn on.
