Trade-in discount was not used

Once you have completed the trade-in form and request, you will receive a discount code to purchase EpiMonitor.

If you forgot to apply the trade-in discount during the purchase of the new EpiMonitor, you can reach out to the Support Team (support@empatica.com) for a refund equal to the discount.

Instructions

  1. Confirm that you have already received the trade-in discount, but completed the purchase without applying the code.
  2. Discount codes normally must be applied during checkout and cannot be added retroactively. However, as an exception, the team can process a refund equivalent to the discount amount once the required information is confirmed.
  3. Provide the trade-in discount code and the tracking number of the returned device so the request can be verified.
  4. If you haven't applied for the trade-in discount yet, you can do so here: Embrace2 Trade-In
  5. Once the Support Team receives the information, we will verify the trade-in and proceed with the refund equivalent to the discount amount.
