Timings
- Orders are generally shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase confirmation.
- US only: the order is confirmed only after the prescription has been approved.
- Once handed to the courier, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, though this can vary depending on location and customs.
- Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent automatically to the email used for your purchase. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
Instructions
Follow the steps below to check your order status on the web or via email.
- On the web: Sign in to your EpiMonitor Account and open 'Orders'.
- Select your order to view live status and tracking.
- By email: Search your inbox for “EpiMonitor order” or the courier name to find the tracking email.
Didn’t get a tracking email? Check your spam folder and verify the email used at checkout. If still missing after 24 hours from shipment, contact our Support Team (support@empatica.com) with your order number.
Tracking says Delivered, but not received
- Check the delivery address in your order details and any safe-place/locker notes.
- Look around entrances and with neighbours; wait 24 hours in case of early scan.
- Contact the courier with the tracking number for a proof-of-delivery (POD).
- Still missing after 48 hours? Reach out to Support Team (support@empatica.com) with your order number and POD outcome.
