Update your EpiMonitor account

This guide is for users who wish to update their personal information in their EpiMonitor account. Please note that only the Support Team can make changes to the EpiMonitor profile. 

This can be helpful when, for example, your prescription could not be validated due to an incorrect account name or date of birth. Prescription requirements apply only to customers purchasing within the US. Learn more about prescription requirements here, and find instructions for uploading a prescription here.

 

Instructions

  1. The following information can be updated in the EpiMonitor account:
    1. Account name
    2. Date of birth
  2. The following information cannot be updated in the EpiMonitor account:
    1. Email address*
    2. Legal guardian information

If you need to change the account's name or date of birth, reach out to the Support Team at support@empatica.com with the correct information that needs to be changed.

*  At the moment, it is not possible to change the email address on an existing account. If a different email address is necessary, you will need to create a new account
 Once the new account has been created, please reach out to our Support Team to transfer the order and subscription to the new account. 

The subscription cannot be activated in the new account until it has been manually transferred by the Support Team.
