Managing your subscription plan is easy and straightforward. You can make subscription changes at any time including renewing your plan, updating your payment method(s) and billing information, and canceling your plan.
If the email address for your EpiMonitor account is different than that of the Epimonitor purchaser, you will see the button ‘Learn how to manage subscription’ in the Subscription widget of your EpiMonitor dashboard. Log into your EpiMonitor account.

Go to the Subscription widget and click ‘Manage subscription’.

You will be directed to the Subscription Management page where you can see your subscription details.
