Reset the password of your EpiMonitor Account

To reset the password for your EpiMonitor account, please follow the steps below.

If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to create one by following these instructions: How to create your EpiMonitor account.

  1. Go to the EpiMonitor account login page.
  2. Click on ‘Forgot password?’

  3. Enter the registered email address associated with your EpiMonitor account.

  4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

  5. Click on the ‘Choose a new password’ link in the email, and you will be directed to a page where you can set a new password.

  6. Input the new password making sure it meets the following requirements:

    Contains at least 12 characters up to a max of 160 characters

    Contains at least one lowercase letter (e.g. a, b, c)

    Contains at least one uppercase letter (e.g. A, B, C)

    Contains at least one digit (e.g. 1, 2, 3)

    Contains at least one special character (e.g. %, $, !)

  7. After clicking 'Continue', you will see a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully reset. You will then be redirected to the login page to access your account.
