Renewing your subscription

We’re happy to see that you would like to renew your EpiMonitor subscription!

When you cancel your subscription, auto-renewal will be disabled and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. After the end of the billing period, your subscription will no longer be active.

If the auto-renewal of your subscription plan has been canceled and you changed your mind, you can reactivate or renew it so that the plan automatically renews at the end of the subscription period. This will help provide peace of mind knowing that the EpiMonitor user is always covered.

If the email address for your EpiMonitor account is different than that of the Epimonitor purchaser, you will see the button ‘Learn how to manage subscription’ in the Subscription widget of your EpiMonitor dashboard. In this case, please refer to this article: Manage EpiMonitor subscription on behalf of the EpiMonitor user


  1. Go to the Subscription widget of your EpiMonitor account and click ‘Manage subscription’.
  2. You will be redirected to Stripe, our subscription management partner. 
  3. Click ‘Renew plan’.

  4. A summary of the renewal will be displayed. Click on ‘Renew plan’ to confirm.
  5. Your subscription plan is set and will automatically renew every month/year.
