Updating the Mate App

We constantly improve and add new features to the app. It is important to always keep the Mate App updated to the latest version, so you can benefit from improvements and bug fixes.

To check the latest release of the Mate App, please follow these steps:

For iOS devices:

1. Go to the App Store.
2. Type Mate Empatica in the search field.
3. If you see Update in blue, press the button and the app will automatically update. If you see Open, Mate is up-to-date.

For Android devices:

1. Go to the Play Store.
2. Type Mate Empatica in the search field.
3. If you see Update in blue, press the button and the app will automatically update. If you see Open, Mate is up-to-date.
