How to change your EpiMonitor band

This article applies only to individuals who purchased the EmbracePlus in Europe on or after April 29, 2025, or in the US and UK on or after June 23, 2025. Please note that EmbracePlus devices purchased before these dates cannot have their bands replaced, as the sensors are integrated into the band. Please refer to the picture below. If your band is broken and you require a replacement watch, please contact us via this form.
