Purchasing a subscription plan

Your Embrace comes with a 30-day free trial of the Plus plan.

If you do not change your plan within the 30 days, your subscription will auto-renew with the Plus. Therefore, we recommend that you switch to your preferred plan before the trial ends.

You can purchase a subscription plan directly from your Empatica Account by following the steps below:

1. Go to myembrace.empatica.com/plans and sign in with your Empatica Account credentials.
2. Select the subscription plan of your choice then click Proceed.
3. On the next page, you can select an optional add-on. Then click Checkout.
4. Verify that all of the information is correct,  and click Pay Now.
5. Enter your name and address and then proceed to Payment Info.
6. Fill in the required fields with your billing details and click Subscribe.

You’ll be able to review your plan in your Empatica Account.

You can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription plan at any time, however we cannot refund subscription fees. For more details please check:
