Wrong date/time format or temperature unit in the Care Portal

The Care Portal visualization of time and temperature is based on the geographical localization of the user’s computer. However, settings and software can change how the location is detected and a wrong date/time format or temperature unit can be shown. 

 

This can be changed through the Care Portal by following these steps:

  1. Login into the Care Portal and click on the user icon on the top-right corner.
  2. Click ‘PROFILE’.

 

  1. Under the Settings section, you’ll find the Language, Temperature unit, Date format, and Time format.

 

 

  1. Click ‘EDIT’ on the right side to enable editing.




  1. Make the changes to your preferred settings.

  1. Click ‘SAVE’ to confirm the changes.
