Unable to view site in the Care Portal


The availability of Care Portal access on this plan is defined by the Organization during the Study setup. Please verify with your Organization or contact your account manager before requesting access to the Care Portal.


The Care Portal has a 4-level hierarchy structure composed of the Organization (Care Portal Client Account), Study, Site, and Participant. For users in this plan, under an Organization, there could be different Studies, and under each Study, there could be different Sites. Each Site may have multiple Participants.



Studies and Sites are not limited to one, depending on the configuration requested by the Organization.

If a research or healthcare professional is unable to view a specific Site under the Study, check with your account manager to verify the correct configuration and permissions.



The structure for the Care Portal for research and healthcare professionals on this plan is composed of:

  • 1 Organization (Care Portal Account)
  • 1 Study
  • 1 Site

This structure is fixed so only one Study and one Site are available. Multiple participants can be added under the available Site.
