Why can't I see the time on Embrace?

If the white and blue lights do not appear after you single tap the cover, make sure that Embrace is charged and the Lights and Vibration have not been deactivated.

If you try to tap on the cover, but you're not wearing Embrace or it's worn very loosely on the wrist, the LEDs won't light up. 

If all of the above are fine, please reach out to us at  support@empatica.com and we’ll try to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
