Using EpiMonitor outside the supported countries
If you're considering purchasing EpiMonitor and using it outside of the available countries, there are a few important things to keep in mind:
- EpiMonitor App: Please note that the EpiMonitor App is only available in the app stores of countries where we officially sell the device. If you attempt to download the app from a country that isn’t on our supported list, it won’t appear in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and the device will not be usable.

Shipping Restrictions: Because we don’t currently ship to certain countries, we’re also unable to process returns from those locations.
If you need to return your device within the 30-day trial period or request a replacement, the return must be processed through the supported country where the product was originally purchased. - Service Availability: Since EpiMonitor has not been officially released in certain countries, we cannot guarantee the continuation of services.
- Prescription (US only): If you purchase EpiMonitor within the US territories, you will be required to upload a valid prescription issued by a US doctor or healthcare practitioner before EpiMonitor can be shipped to you.
