Insurance reimbursement for EpiMonitor

Getting the EpiMonitor reimbursed by insurance depends on your specific plan and coverage level. The reimbursement/insurance coverage is at the discretion of your insurance provider only.

FSA (Flexible Savings Account) / HSA (Health Savings Account) Card

We accept payment by FSA (Flexible Savings Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account). Your benefits administrator may ask you for an official invoice to validate that the purchase of the EpiMonitor pack was an eligible expense. It’s possible that they might also ask for the prescription from your doctor. You can locate your order invoice in the email confirming your order.
