The Empatica provisioned phone is only available with the enterprise Plan. (Care App and Care Portal).
The Empatica provisioned phone allows the system language to be modified through its settings.
With the enterprise plan, changing the phone language will also update the language displayed in the Care App.
This article explains how to access the phone’s language settings and select a different language.
- Open the apps list by swiping up from the center of the screen, then tap the Settings icon
On devices where the Settings icon is already visible on the home screen, you can tap it directly. - Scroll to the bottom of the list and select General management
If the phone is set to a language you don’t recognize, refer to the icon below or tap the 18th item in the list. - Tap Language, the first item in the list
- Tap Add language, the last item in the list with a + icon
- From the list, select the language you want to use, or use the search button in the top-right corner to find it
- Tap the button on the right, Set as default, to apply the new language
- The phone will now use the selected language, and the Care App will update automatically
- (Optional but recommended)
Restart the phone to ensure the new language is applied to the phone’s home screen
