If your Embrace stops working or does not function effectively within a year of regular use (within 2 years for EU residents), please email us at support@empatica.com to resolve your issue. Make sure to include a detailed description of the problem, as well as pictures whenever possible.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
- Accidental and User's damages
- General wear and tear of Embrace and the band, such as cosmetic damage
- Loss and theft
- Water damage
Please note that under no circumstances should the back of the Embrace be opened, or the screws removed, as this will void the Embrace warranty. We will not be able to process refunds or replacements for devices that have been opened.
