The Empatica provisioned phone is only available with the enterprise Plan. (Care App and Care Portal).
In rare cases, the Care App may no longer appear on the Empatica provisioned phone. This can sometimes occur after a system update or due to uncommon configuration issues on the device.
This article outlines a few steps to help identify the issue and restore access to the Care App.
- Open the apps list by swiping up from the center of the screen
- Tap and hold on the Care App icon for around 1 second
- Tap on “Add to Home”
- The Care App icon is now on the Home screen

If the Care App is not appearing in the apps list, make sure the phone is connected to the internet (or connect it to a Wi-Fi network), launch the Miradore Online app, and tap on “SYNC NOW”. The phone will automatically download the latest version of the Care App.
The process is completed once the text “Connected” reappears.
