Returning your EpiMonitor

All EpiMonitor purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding the cost of shipment).

If you wish to return your EmbracePlus within 30 days from the date of delivery you can fill in this form, alternatively, if you’re having issues accessing or completing the form, please contact us at support@empatica.com, and we'll be happy to help.

To speed up the process, please include the following in your request:

  • Your personal info
  • Your EmbracePlus serial number (shown on the back of the device or on the box)

  • Your order code (can be found as in the screenshot below in your EpiMonitor account)

  • Your reason for returning the EpiMonitor pack

     

    This information is important because it helps us improve the product and service.

    Once we receive your email, we’ll provide you with a shipping label and return instructions.

    When the EmbracePlus arrives at our office, we’ll inspect it for damages. This can take up to 10 business days from the delivery date to our office. If the device is in good condition, we’ll proceed with the refund of the whole package (EmbracePlus and EpiMonitor subscription) to the selected method of payment, excluding shipping costs on the payment method provided for purchasing EpiMonitor.

 

Returning your device for service

EmbracePlus for EpiMonitor very rarely requires servicing. Most often, issues are software-related and can be solved remotely without the need for a return.

If the troubleshooting performed by our Customer Happiness Team indicates the necessity for a device replacement, the team will provide you with all the instructions for returning your device and obtaining a new one.
