Pairing a new Embrace with your account

If you have purchased a new Embrace while you were already using one, please follow these instructions on how to pair your new Embrace with your current account and subscription:

  1. Open the Alert App and navigate to More > Embrace Settings > Remove Embrace & Logout.
  2. Forget (unpair) Embrace from the Bluetooth settings of the phone (iOS devices, Android devices). 
  3. Place the old Embrace in a different room, so that the devices don't interfere with each other.
  4. Open the Alert App and sign in with the same email address and password.
  5. If you have logged in successfully, you will now be prompted to pair your new Embrace.
