If you have purchased a new Embrace while you were already using one, please follow these instructions on how to pair your new Embrace with your current account and subscription:
- Open the Alert App and navigate to More > Embrace Settings > Remove Embrace & Logout.
- Forget (unpair) Embrace from the Bluetooth settings of the phone (iOS devices, Android devices).
- Place the old Embrace in a different room, so that the devices don't interfere with each other.
- Open the Alert App and sign in with the same email address and password.
- If you have logged in successfully, you will now be prompted to pair your new Embrace.
