If you see the warning status for more than 3 minutes or it turns into the message you see in the below image, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Turn off Bluetooth on the paired smartphone
- Force the app to close on your iOS or Android device
- Launch the Alert app again
- Turn Bluetooth back on
Should this not resolve the problem, we suggest powering off and on your smartphone and opening the Alert app again.
Should it still not work, report the issue from the Support section of the Alert App attaching a screenshot of the Status Page.
