Missing recorded E4 sessions

Occasionally E4 may not register a new recorded session if it is powered off.


If you connect the E4 to the E4 manager to transfer data after recording a session, and no sessions are found, try disconnecting the E4, powering it on manually, and wait until the light blue LED (fw green LED) starts blinking (this forces the E4 to check it's memory for new sessions). Once the LED is blinking, you can reconnect the E4 to E4 manager.
