Missing recorded E4 Sessions

Occasionally E4 may not register a new recorded session if it is powered off. After recording a session, if you connect the E4 to Empatica Manager to transfer data and no sessions are found try disconnecting the E4, powering it on manually and waiting until the green LED starts blinking (this forces E4 to check it's memory for new sessions). Once the led is blinking you can reconnect the E4 to Empatica Manager.
