E4 manager installation Windows troubleshooting

The most common problem occurs with Windows computers running different antivirus software.

They mark EmpaticaManager.exe as suspicious software because we prevent any program (including virus scanners such as NOD32) from inspecting the .exe. If you would write a virus you would probably do the same thing, that's why the antivirus program marks it as 'suspicious'. In order to enable E4 manager to run, you have to add the E4 manager installation folder (default is C:\Program Files (x86)\Empatica\EmpaticaManager) to the list of exceptions in your antivirus software.
