If the email address for your EpiMonitor account differs from that of the purchaser, you will see a yellow box indicating that your subscription is managed by another email address. In this case, follow the instructions in this article: Manage EpiMonitor subscription on behalf of the EpiMonitor user.
Upgrading or downgrading your subscription plan is a straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to change it:

Log in to your EpiMonitor Account page
Click on the following link to access your EpiMonitor Account.
Enter your login credentials to access your account.

Select ‘Manage Subscription’
Click on the following link to access your EpiMonitor Account.

Choose Your New Plan
You will be presented with the different subscription plans available. For a detailed breakdown of the plans, their prices, and features, please refer to this article: Subscription Plans.
Select the plan you wish to upgrade to and tap ‘Continue’.

Confirm Your Payment Information
After selecting your new plan, if applicable, the system will display the amount due, which will be charged to your registered credit card upon confirmation.
If you wish to use a different payment method, select the ‘edit’ sign next to the credit card information and add your new card information.
When you are ready, confirm the changes by tapping on ‘Subscribe and Pay’.
If you choose to downgrade your subscription plan, the unused days or months will be transferred into credit on your account. On the next billing cycle, the system will deduct the available credit from the total amount due and only charge the card on file for the difference.
