The EmbracePlus display is stuck and doesn’t respond

Experiencing a display stuck issue? While it is a rare occurrence, we understand it can be inconvenient when your screen does not respond as expected. Do not worry, the issue can be easily resolved by following these simple steps:

 

  1. Place the EmbracePlus in the charger for at least 30 minutes. The cable charger and EmbracePlus will automatically attach through magnets.

    If the display shows the battery percentage number, the issue should be resolved. If not, continue with the next steps to reboot your device

  2. Open the EpiMonitor App and see if the device is connected to the dedicated smartphone. If everything is working properly, you should see the teal color in the background and EpiMonitor is working correctly in the status card”. If not, continue to step 3.

  3. Press and hold both side buttons on the device simultaneously for at least 15 seconds.
  4. The display will flash, and you should see a 'HI' message, confirming the reboot.

Please provide us with a picture of your device display and the steps you have already taken so that we can assist you more efficiently.
