If your E4 wristband doesn’t power up when you press the button or connect it to the charger, your device might have been affected by a glitch that temporarily prevents the wristband from powering on. If you’ve encountered this issue, please try the following steps:
- Press the E4 button and keep it pressed for about 30 seconds
- Leave the device for about 5 minutes
- Then push the button for 1 second - at this point it should start working normally
- If it doesn’t, connect it to the charger and plug it to the computer.
