What should I do if my package was lost in transit?

If your package was lost in transit, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Verify the tracking number and delivery address.
  2. Double-check that your package has not been left at the front desk of your apartment building or office. 
  3. Contact the courier and provide them with the tracking number so that they can look into it further to try and locate the package.
  4. If it’s still nowhere to be found, reach out to support@empatica.com and provide the tracking number for your order to get some assistance.
