Difficulty upgrading Embrace firmware

If you see a notification indicating that you need to  update your firmware but encountered issues, please make sure that:

  • You set Embrace to charge.
  • Your smartphone has access to Internet.
  • Your Embrace is right next to your smartphone.
  • Alert App is open.
