Trouble with seeing time on Embrace


If you cannot see the white and blue dots when tapping the device, make sure that the Embrace is charged and the Lights and Vibration have not been disabled.

Make sure that you are wearing Embrace when checking the time. If you tap on Embrace when it’s off the wrist, the LEDs won’t light up.

If the Lights & Vibration are on and you still can't see the LED lights, please contact our support team at and we’ll help you solve the issue as soon as possible.
