If your Embrace doesn’t satisfy your needs, you have 21 calendar days from the delivery date to request for a full refund.
Please ensure to retain the original packaging for instances of a return. Shipping Embrace back in the original Embrace box ensures that the watch is securely packed and the shipping operations will not affect its safety. We will not be able to accept an Embrace return if it is in any other packaging than the original. Also, please ensure that all the components of the device are included in the package. Upon receiving the return, your Embrace will be inspected before we proceed with the refund.
Please note that the original and the return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Acceptable returns for refund
- Embrace(s) purchased directly from Empatica
- Embrace(s) purchased during our Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign
Non acceptable returns for refund
- Embrace(s) bought from a retailer
- Second hand Embrace
- It is necessary and mandatory that every return is authorised by our support team with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
- We DO NOT ACCEPT any returns that arrive without an RMA.
- Every Return is inspected before being refunded/replaced. If the result of the inspection is not compliance with the reasons mentioned in the RMA, the return will be subjected to an applicable ‘RESTOCKING FEE’.
- Missing accessories, Cosmetic damages are also associated with a ‘REFURBISH FEE’.
